Donate your old electronics

Got old computers, vcr’s, and other electronics laying around? Don’t throw them in the trash!

The Austin Waldorf High School Student Council and Round2 Technologies will hold a computer and electronics recycling drive to collect old pieces of equipment that contain elements harmful to the environment. People are encourage to donate computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, and most any other type of computer peripheral; audiovisual equipment such as VCRs, DVD players, camcorders and stereo equipment; telecommunications equipment such as telephones, answering machines, and cell phones. Cables of all types are also welcome. Round2 Technologies will restore and resell what it can, and everything else will be destroyed in an environmentally friendly way. Round2 will donate the proceeds from reselling the equipment to the Austin Waldorf School.

When:
Friday, March 31, 2006 – 3-6pm
Saturday, April 1, 2006 – 11am-4pm
